Solving The Nursing Shortage. Together.

Our Mission

BAYADA Education is a nonprofit organization dedicated to solving the nursing shortage by partnering with health care providers to bring more great nurses into the world.

Hospital administrators are doing everything they can to recruit, hire and retain great nurses. But there simply aren’t enough nurses, leaving health systems with large travel nurse expenses and many employees routinely working overtime. BAYADA Education partners with leading health systems to help reduce this burden with a revolutionary hospital-based approach to nursing education.

We champion a collaborative model for clinicians and educators to jointly design nursing education that leads to excellence in nursing practice, clinical outcomes, and longer career trajectories for nurses. Together, we can combat the nursing shortage that is straining an already overburdened health care system.
