BAYADA Education Empowers Nurses
EDUCATION
We approach nursing education differently
Our focus on high-quality clinical experiences and leadership training ensures BAYADA Scholars are prepared to thrive in the modern health care environment.
AWARENESS
We are committed to thought leadership
We are dedicated to creating resources and pursuing research that actively improves nursing education, the nursing profession, and health care as a whole.
ADVOCACY
We use our voice in advocacy efforts
We believe there must be more nurses in leadership, and we support the elevation of their roles in clinics, hospitals, care facilities, and all other medical environments.
Nurses As Leaders
To solve the nursing shortage, we know we need to do more than educate new nurses; we must lead the charge in putting nurses at the center of health care and champion a system that prioritizes people over profits. Nurses are involved in every aspect of care and hold a wealth of experience that allows them to understand the continuum of care in a deep and unique way.
Placing nurses at the center of the healthcare system in roles ranging from advanced practice clinicians to executive leadership taps into the valuable insight of this dynamic workforce and is essential to solving some of the biggest challenges in health care today.
Nurses should be educated and prepared to transform into future leaders. BAYADA Scholars will complete additional leadership training as a part of their accelerated BSN program at TESU. As a result, our scholars will be well-positioned to transform into leaders in healthcare.
Our mission to maintain nursing excellence
When it comes to academia, hospitals, and workplace culture all across the health care industry, we are reevaluating what is working and why. See how our research is setting a new standard in nursing education.
